It was a rough week for aging music celebrities. Dick Clark, who hosted "American Bandstand" in the 1950's and 1960's, giving a lot of America their first taste of rock n' roll, died of a heart attack at age 82 (Pitchfork, Billboard, Rolling Stone, and NME). Levon Helm, singer and drummer for The Band, succumbed to throat cancer at age 71 (Paste, MTV, Pitchfork, Billboard, Rolling Stone, and NME). And finally, Greg Ham, the flute player for Australian band Men At Work was found dead in his Melbourne home on Thursday at the age of 58 (MTV, Billboard, and Rolling Stone).
